We are looking for an experienced full-time bagel roller/ baker. Must have at least two years of experience making dough and rolling bagels by hand, plus experience boiling and baking them. We have recipes for each of our bagel flavors, and use top-quality ingredients. Hours are approximately 5am to noon, Tuesday through Sunday (might be negotiable depending on your speed.)
Ideal candidate is experienced, cares about making top-quality traditional NYC bagels, works well with others, and communicates well with the team. We would like to hire someone who is happy in a stable job and wants to stay for a long time, hopefully years to come.
Pay will start at $19/hr and rise after a three month review based on performance. Every day includes a break, a staff meal, and a pleasant atmosphere where we all support each other.
