DiWine is a wine bar and restaurant in Astoria serving a range of biodynamic wines, cocktails and New American food. We are looking for knowledgeable and friendly bartender to join our team full-time.
Requirements:
2+ years experience at restaurant working with craft cocktails and wines
Fine dining knowledge and a good grasp on ingredients and food
Strong knowledge and love of natural and biodynamic wines and service, history and varietals
Fundamental understanding of mixology. Strong spirits knowledge.
Team player that can work well with a large staff.
Previous experience with POS systems like Toast
