-NYC 2+ years experienced
-Must be detail oriented
-Punctual
-Work clean
-Your own knives
-Familiarity with and the ability to utilize kitchen cutlery, automatic slicers, buffalo chopper, blenders, band saw, meat grinder, toaster, scales, can openers and other culinary tools.
-Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English; second language is an asset
-Must be flexible in terms of working hours, including work long hours
-High-volume experience preferred
-Certification in Food Handler License prefer
-Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
-Passion for the hospitality Food industry
-Creative and solution-oriented problem-solving
Very Competitive hourly rate+1.5x over time!
