Looking for a full time experienced General Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a service minded, passionate self starter with a sharp attention to detail and strong presence. The ideal candidate would have previous management experience in bar/music/nightlife and dance parties.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Overseeing day to day activities of bar and event space.
Maintaining high standards in beverage quality and staff performance.
Outstanding customer service, and overall day-to-day operations.
Interface with guests and bands
Hiring, Managing and Mentoring the FOH team
Experience with scheduling, inventory and ordering
Familiarity with POS systems
Must be able to work late nights (Open until 4am every night)
