Must have management experience in the hospitality industry.
Individuals must direct and organize the activities of the restaurant & event space. Including but not limited to maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality & service; outstanding customer service; marketing & promotions implementation and oversight; overall day-to-day operations.
A little about you:
- a self starter and NYC night life enthusiast w/ previous management in bars/music venues/night life or self management as sole bartender at bar
- have ideally been a bartender at some point in your life and so can identify great bartenders and proper work habits and conduct behind the bar
- You enjoy motivating and leading a FOH team
-You’re a great communicator and are independent enough to know how to run a bar and FOH staff , and take the appropriate steps to do so, while still working in collaboration with the owners to execute their vision.
-Experience with inventory, ordering, and back end of POS systems
-Passion for hospitality and night life a must
-Must be comfortable with and into working late nights (we stay open until 4am on weekends, earlier during week)
