About Us:

We are seeking a vibrant individuals to join our team as a Full Time Guest Service Agents. We're looking for passionate individuals who can contribute to creating memorable stays and have full availability.

Role Overview:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for welcoming and registering guests, ensuring their needs are met, and providing them with the information they need to make the most of their stay. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries and requests, and ensure smooth communication between departments to uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and register arriving guests, obtaining necessary information.

Conduct efficient check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy.

Liaise with housekeeping and engineering teams to address guest needs and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing relevant information and recommendations.

Secure payment and handle cash transactions in accordance with policies.

Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and amenities.

Handle guest complaints and compliments professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Run daily reports and communicate relevant information to the next shift's staff.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.

Previous experience in front desk operations preferred.

Physical mobility for lifting, walking, bending, and moving objects up to 50 lbs.

Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of Maintenance/ Engineering is a plus.

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and computations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Fire and Life Safety Director certification required within 90 days of employment (cost reimbursed upon completion - Applies to only Full Time)

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
