Position: Server/Bartender

Hours: [2:45pm-11:45pm]
We are a New Orleans inspired seafood restaurant in Fort Greene Brooklyn and we're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality.
The ideal candidate is cross trained to serve AND bartend. When serving, you will have between 5 and 7 tables. When bartending, there are 7 seats at the bar plus service bar. You will not be scheduled to do both in the same day.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is.
- Strong knowledge of seafood.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar operations.
- Wine knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
We are open Wed-Sun. Candidates who cannot work Sundays will not be considered.
