We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at our boxing-themed bar! The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment. Sports enthusiasts are highly encouraged to apply—our bar is dedicated to boxing, and we proudly support the Knicks and the Rangers!
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere while engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes, and assist in placing orders as needed.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
Assist in setting up and executing special events and promotions.
Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide expert recommendations to guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in bartending or food service is required.
Strong math skills for accurate drink preparation and cash handling.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent time management skills to multitask effectively during peak hours.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Bartending or mixology certification is a plus but not mandatory.
