We are a high volume cocktail bar with a full bar food program in Gowanus, BK. Weâre looking for an experienced cook to work Friday and Saturday nights 4:30-12.30 with potential for extra shifts. You will be responsible for light prep, executing tickets, food running and dishwashing in a one person kitchen. Must be clean, efficient and capable of seeing the larger picture as opposed to the one task in front of you. We are a small team and rely heavily on working closely together.
Must be eligible to work in the US
Food handlers preferred (but will cover training if required)
