The ideal candidate has an upbeat friendly attitude, advanced knowledge of craft beer and cocktail profiles, strong multitasking abilities, open availability, and a minimum of 2+ years of experience. Our culture requires a candidate who is passionate about the service industry, and energetic with an outgoing personality to enable seamless integration with our existing team. Candidates must be self-starters and willing to develop their knowledge continually of our food and beverage program and customer relations.

Responsibilities:
− To be fully accountable for the people, product, and profit within the venue.
− To deliver excellence in customer service, remember that service matters most.
− To ensure the company culture is visible in all aspects of the business.
− Provide service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
− Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the setup and break down of stations
− Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the assigned station and the establishment.
− Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies.
− Upsell food and beverage menu items.
− Must retain and maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.
− Check identification for proof of age when required.
− Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.
− Ensure proper payment from departing guests.
− Invite and welcome guests back upon completion of their visit.
− Perform all sequence of service duties in adherence to all company standards.
− Must be knowledgeable about the company you work for, i.e. locations, cuisine, etc.
− Maintain knowledge about surroundings, i.e. nearby entertainment, theaters, etc.
− Must have the ability to carry large trays of drinks and food and have the ability to organize multiple orders.
− Ensure that company reporting systems are adhered to.
− Performs accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures
− Ensure sanitation fundamentals and HD requirements
− Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
− Ensure that all guests are completely satisfied and believe that they have received a tremendous value
− Develop relationships with guests in order to provide personalized service.
− Resolve guest complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality
− Undertake regular internal inspections to ensure the company's assets are well maintained and protected.
− All other responsibilities assigned by Management.
