We are currently hiring for:
Full-Time Bartender /Server
The position we're offering is perfect for a capable bar-back looking to become a bartender.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender/Server in a well-established NYC restaurant.
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
Ability to multitask: Remain calm and professional while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
Availability: Must maintain availability that aligns with the business’s operational needs.
Position Details:
Full-Time Bartender/Server:
Compensation: minimum wage plus tips
Open availability
Able to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and private events.
Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits is essential.
Team player mentality, no egos.
Experience using Toast is a plus, but not required.
