Albert's Bar is looking for a strong and talented lead line cook!
WHO YOU ARE:
3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Help lead day-to-day kitchen operations
Develop a personal relationship with kitchen staff, work to keep morale high
Maintain systems for portion control and recipe adherence
Assist with daily line checks
Assist with ordering & inventory
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards and all DOH regulations
Ensure all food is of the highest quality
