We are currently hiring for:
Host/Hostess
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in a well-established NYC restaurant.
Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
Ability to Multi-task: Remain calm and professional while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak and read English fluently.
Availability: Must maintain availability that aligns with the business’s operational needs.
Position Details:
Host/HostessPart-Time or Full-Time
Open availability for AM and PM
Compensation: $16 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with managing multiple dining areas and OpenTable and Seven Rooms is ideal, though not required.
Scheduling: We need one host/hostess full-time or two part-time MUST be available to work mornings and nights.
Additional Skills: Experience with delivery platforms and strong phone etiquette are required.
Attributes: A friendly and positive demeanor at all times is essential.
