Server Assistant (SA) / Busser
Location: Chubby Cattle BBQ – SoHo, NYC
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Hourly + great tips (tip pool)

Responsibilities
1. Support servers during service to ensure smooth table flow
2. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
3. Refill water, beverages, sauces, and table essentials
4. Run food and assist with guest needs when required
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and FOH equipment
6. Assist with opening and closing side work
7. Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
8. Follow all NYC DOH sanitation and safety standards
Qualifications
1. Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
2. Fast-paced mindset — able to stay calm under pressure
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills
4. Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
5. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
6. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
