SERVERS:
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, including Italian, Spanish, French, and Middle Eastern.
Knowledge of European wines.
Candidates will be tested during the interview for food and wine knowledge.
Experience handling large groups/events.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff members, and the kitchen, if required.
Minimum of two years of experience in New York restaurants required.
Great personality and people skills are essential.
Well-groomed, energetic, and a team player.
