YONO Sushi features a grab & go concept in the new Moynihan Train Hall - Food Court.
Sushi Roller/Chef Responsibilities:
Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
Inspecting the quality of the fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes.
Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
Tracking inventory for food supplies and other products.
Reporting any problems with kitchen equipment to the manager on duty.
Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.
Mass produce specific sushi rolls and special order individual rolls, hands rolls and sashimi cuts.
Prepare sushi ingredients in a timely manner for service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus tips
Expected hours:
Part-time: 8-24 per week
Full-time: 32-40 per week
