We are a new and exciting Australian fast-casual concept seeking skilled and motivated kitchen managers/line cooks to join our culinary team and develop into leaders as the business scales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards, ensuring that each dish meets our high expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe experience for guests.

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Monitor food quality.

Assist with inventory management.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
