We are looking for a responsible person that is looking to grow and that is passionate about hospitality and have the skills to lead a team and want to move to the next level within the industry.
What You’ll Do:
-Greet, seat and interact with guests to ensure a great dining experience.
-Manage and oversee front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, bussers).
-Schedule shifts and train new employees, we will train the right candidate if needed.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
-Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
-Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Assist the management team with sales tracking and reporting for senior leadership.
-Monitor inventory and supplies.
-Help manage cash, sales, and daily reports.
-Assist with events and reservations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Part time or Full time
- Must have worked in a casual/fine dining atmosphere (2+ experience).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Flexible schedule (MUST be available nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations. NYC Food Protection Certificate is preferred
