Glass House Tavern is looking for a friendly, energetic people for Host/Hostess positions. You must have a positive attitude and work well in fast pace environment. We are looking for part/full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations from OpenTable and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries regarding menus and wait times.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Provide excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience.
