Lightship Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking HOSTS/HOSTESS for our restaurant, Frying Pan. We are a NYC landmark and seasonal waterfront destination. Located in the Chelsea section of the Hudson River Park, we are a high volume restaurant, visited by over a half of million visitors a season.
We are looking for energetic, and hospitable individuals that will make the most of this opportunity. Experience in very high volume settings is preferred. Job duties may include, but are not limited to greeting and assisting customers, helping spread information about the restaurant, assisting and helping coordinate with party hosts.
Ability to understand and explain to guests the workings of the barge.
Need time management and attentiveness skills.
Need excellent customer service skills.
General cleaning duties
Acting professionally when communicating with guests and co-workers.
Ensures our extraordinary Guest Service standards are maintained at all times.
Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude.
