Complete unit turn work: small repairs, paint, fixture swaps, punch list items
Perform routine building checks:
Common areas, hallways, basements, stairwells
Lighting, exit signs, leaks, trip hazards, safety concerns
Respond to urgent maintenance calls (e.g., leaks, no heat, lock issues) in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly with the property management about status of work orders, materials needed, and recurring building issues
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized, safe manner
