Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service
Stock minibars and snack trays
Record sales and process necessary paperwork
Ensure cleanliness of minibars and snack trays
Maintain stock room and perform inventory counts
Interface with hotel staff and guests in a professional manner
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and the willingness to learn new software
Degree, preferred, in one or more fields: Hotel Management, General Studies and/or relevant work experience in hospitality management arena
Well groomed
Able to lift boxes of products and maneuver minibar cart
