Pioneers Bar NYC in Midtown West is looking for experienced Bartenders and barbacks to join our team! Should have FHL and be TIPS certified. To take on some assistant managing duties. We’re a busy neighborhood bar with a loyal crowd, rotating craft beers, and a relaxed but professional vibe.
Position Details:
Pay: $13.75/hr + tips
Schedule: Part-time — weekends required
Handle high-volume service with speed and accuracy
Provide friendly, consistent guest experience
Responsible for setup/breakdown, restocking, and cleanliness
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and POS systems preferred
Reliability, teamwork, and professionalism are musts
