We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine to support our Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about traditional and modern Italian cooking, highly organized, and capable of leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality Italian dishes
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and team supervision
Help develop and refine menu items based on Italian culinary traditions
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook with a focus on Italian cuisine
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
Passion for Italian food, creativity, and attention to detail
