Chef must be available weekends, Chef MUST know how to prepare all Jamaican breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Jamaican style dishes. Chef Must Be available at 4AM to begin preparation for Breakfast rush. Chef Must know how to prepare 100lb of Rice & Peas, 50lbs of Oxtail, Curry Goat, stew & Curry chicken and all extra exotic dishes.
