Cotra Izakaya located in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn is seeking a part time sushi chef to join our team (2-3 days and possibly more). We are looking for someone who is skilled at making rolls and has the ability to break down fish. Most importantly, we'd love to work with someone who is able to work well with others. Compensation begins at $20 depending on experience and ability.
