We are looking for line cook, server and host or hostess who can work professional, excellent customer service and has great work ethics.

Schedule
- Line cook: Tue. to Sat. 12pm to 9:45pm (Must be ability 5 days working schedule)
- Servers: Tue. to Sat. 3:15pm to around 10:30pm (Must be ability 4 to 5 days working schedule)
- Host or Hostess: Tue. to Sat. 3pm to 9:45pm (Must be ability 4 to 5 days working schedule)
Requirements
Line cook
- MUST restaurants experience minimum 1 year
- BIG Plus Japanese restaurant experience
- Hourly wage started: $18 - $25
Servers
- MUST Japanese fine-dining & upscale restaurants experience minimum 3 years
- MUST excellent knowledge of Japanese food, Omakase, Sake, and Wine
- Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional, dignified manner in the midst of high volume, busy environment
- Team players, good attitude and communication skills with co-workers, and comfortable under pressure
Host or Hostess
- No experience is fine. But experience is BIG PLUS
- Hourly wage started: $18 - $25
