We are seeking a Store Manager / Tea Specialist who can handle the daily operations of our tea house while also preparing and serving tea to guests. This is not a traditional restaurant role — the focus is light kitchen work, tea preparation, guest interaction, and making sure the space runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Open and close the space each day (morning setup, evening cleaning, secure closing).
Keep the kitchen and guest areas clean and ready.
Manage light prep work and simple inventory checks.
Tea Service:
Prepare and serve teas (training provided; prior casual experience with tea is welcome).
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Engage in friendly conversation and share tea culture in an approachable way.
General Management:
Oversee smooth daily operations.
Support small events or workshops as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in hospitality, café, or retail preferred, but not required.
Genuine interest in tea and guest service.
Reliable, organized, and able to independently open/close the space.
Friendly and communicative personality.
