What it takes:
-2+ years of relevant culinary experience is REQUIRED (experience with French cuisine, fine dining, or high-volume kitchens strongly preferred)
-Full-time availability, including weekends, and holidays
-Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times (knowledge of DOH standards a plus)
-A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional kitchen environment
-Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work with urgency under pressure
-Ambition to advance culinary skills and build a long-term career in a respected, professional kitchen
