Bar Freda, an independent bar and music venue in Ridgewood, Queens, is seeking motivated bartenders to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are skilled behind the bar, passionate about hospitality, and excited to contribute to a space that celebrates music, art, and community.
Requirements:
Valid NYC Food Handler’s Permit (non-negotiable)
Prior bartending experience, including cocktails
Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming presence
It would not hurt to have connections to the neighborhood, and or prior music venue experience.
Position Details:
1–2 shifts per week to start, with the opportunity for additional shifts as they become available
Standard tipped NYC wage
Work in a supportive, creative environment alongside a diverse range of artists and audiences
