Plein Air is an intimate neighborhood restaurant seeking a dynamic cook who desires further professional growth to join our small team. Our bistro-style menu is seasonally-driven with thoughtful preparations of fresh, quality ingredients.

Ideal candidates have diverse experience on the line with oyster shucking, basic butchering, grill and knife skills. NYC Food Handler's License is required. You must feel comfortable in a small crowded space. You will be running the kitchen in the absence of the chef, assisting with ordering and helping to train more junior members of the team.

This is a salaried position, approximately 40 hours/week with PTO and a collaborative team environment. We are seeking an organized individual with willingness to learn, grow and contribute. Please send your resume and a brief introduction.
