Positions Available: Prep Cook/Kitchen Assistant, Cold Kitchen Assistant (Salads & Appetizers)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process ingredients (cutting, cleaning, portioning)
Assist in the preparation of cold dishes (salads, appetizers, sauces)
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Requirements:
Previous experience is a plus but not required (we are willing to train the right person)
Responsible, accurate, and able to work effectively in a team
Eager to grow with the restaurant
