We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager & Operational Chef to lead the culinary team at a new upscale restaurant and lounge in a boutique Soho hotel. This is a unique opportunity to build and oversee kitchen operations from the ground up, ensuring culinary excellence, efficiency, and high food standards in a sophisticated dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Recruit, train, and manage a skilled culinary team, fostering teamwork and high performance.

Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation, presentation, and menu execution.

Develop seasonal specials and refine dishes, maintaining a creative and dynamic menu.

Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to maintain efficiency and quality.

Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health & safety standards.

Create and manage kitchen schedules, optimizing staffing for smooth operations.

Support the restaurant’s phased growth, adapting kitchen operations as service expands.
