Brooklyn Kura Taproom is located in Industry City. We're a small team looking for a reliable porter and dishwasher on Friday and Saturday, and a reliable line cook on Saturdays and Sundays.
Porter Duties include:
- Maintaining taproom and kitchen, sweeping, mopping and washing storefront windows
- Running a clean and organized dish washing station
- Organize and re-stock dry goods area
- Assist team for event set up and breakdown
Cook Duties Include:
- Maintaining high standards regarding food safety and sanitation.
- Learn concise menu of small plates, follow recipes and instructions, maintain consistent standards for our food
- Work with Combi oven, table top fryer
- Maintain clean prep stations
