We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join the Glaze Teriyaki team! The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and passionate about great food and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate kitchen staff during daily operations
Ensure food is prepared to quality and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, training, and kitchen organization
Manage inventory and help control food costs
Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or supervisory experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must have excellent knife skills
Must have a valid Food Handler’s License
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ServSafe certification a plus
