FRONT OF THE HOUSE: All candidates must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in the position desired.
Position: Barback
Pay Range: $12.80/hour + Tips

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Ensures beer taps are working properly.
Buses tables in bar area.
Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
Position: Food Runner

Summary: Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Position: Server Assistant (Bussers)
Pay Range: $12.80/hour

Summary: Assists servers with various dining room activities.
Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Position: Host/Hostess – NO TIPS

Summary: Responsible for seating residents in the dining room. Handles customer service situations as they arise.
Promptly and warmly greets and directs guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements.
Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates.
Interview days: Wednesday 07/31, Thursday 08/01 and Friday 08/02

Instructions how to get there:
Take the 7 train to Willets Point, do the boardwalk towards the USTA location, go to the stairs to the right and walk straight to the Meridian Road, the Levy’s trailer will be there)
Candidates must be able to stay for at least 3 to 4 hours, if hired, an orientation will be given on that day.
Please bring with you I-9 Documentation. At least 2 to 3 forms of Federal IDs are needed such as:
-US passport, Green Card or US Work Permit
- Original Social Security Card (or if don’t have the card with you, please bring your US Birth Certificate)
