Cafe Skye (www.cafeskyenyc.com) is a neighborhood bar focused on natural wines, creative cocktails, and elevated bar food. Since opening, Cafe Skye has been recognized in numerous acclaimed publications including Time Out and the Infatuation. In 2022, Cafe Skye was named by Eater as one of the 15 Hottest New Cocktail Bars in NYC.
We are seeking kitchen staff for an immediate start with fundamental kitchen skills, scheduling flexibility and a clear willingness to take on a variety of tasks necessary to successfully navigate an intimate kitchen space and an all-hands-on operation. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to fulfilling needs of menu prep and execution, organizing, stocking and clean up.
The role presents the opportunity to join a growing operation. For example, we are in the process of opening a second location in the East Village which will create additonal opportunities for growth and expansion within our kitchen organization.
