Private Beach Club located in Mamaroneck, New York is seeking experienced full and part-time Line Cooks.
The Line Cooks are expected to prep their stations, cook and serve a la carte while assisting the Sous Chef in banquets, general prep and cleaning of the Kitchen.
Duties expected to perform but are not limited to:
Prep menu items on station for lunch, dinner, and brunch
Assist in receiving, checking, and organization of all food orders
Maintaining all recipes, food standards of culinary program
Cleaning of station and assisting cleanup of kitchen
Ability to assist in daily, weekly clean up, sanitation, store rooms, reach ins, freezers, walk ins and normal functions of a culinary kitchen.
Assist in providing a quality staff meal
Candidate Proficiencies:
Prior experience in a la carte service
Culinary degree a bonus
A positive winning attitude
Ability to work under pressure and follow direction
Able to follow the direction of the Sous Chef and facilitate his/her menu items
Love to cook and team player a must!

Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
