Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with chef’s specifications.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet service times without compromising quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with inventory and management of kitchen supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with cooking procedures and kitchen equipment.
- Capable of following directions and adapting to menu changes.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
