LINE COOK / PREP COOK – MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ITALIAN FOOD (Brooklyn)
We are only looking for a professional Line Cook/Prep Cook with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Italian cuisine. If you don’t have solid Italian kitchen experience—please do not apply. You must know how to properly prepare and execute traditional dishes, sauces, and prepare ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen.
