Are you a skilled and experienced LINE COOK looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Our busy Kitchen/restaurant is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a STRONG LINE COOK.
Are you a hospitality professional looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant theater environment? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Theater Hosts, Food Runners, Bartenders, and Waiter/Waitresses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain one
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Theater Host/Server:
Provide exceptional customer service to theater guests
Assist with ticket sales, seating arrangements, and inquiries
Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons
Take customer orders, deliver plates, and provide attentive service throughout the meal
Recommend menu items, answer questions, and address any customer concerns promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering top-notch service
Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends
Food Runner:
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and complete
Bartender:
Mix and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with company standards
Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a lively atmosphere at the bar
Monitor bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness
