We seek a Line Cook/Grill Cook to join our team!

Ideal candidates will have:
A minimum of one year of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Experience in all meal periods.
A passion for food and a strong work ethic
Possess DOH certification - Plus.
Team player that respects the facility, its equipment, and fellow staff members
Must be able to work at night and weekend
Fully Covid Vaccinated
Compensation is based on experience
Duties:
Work the line for service
Keep a clean and organized workstation
Make sure the station is appropriately stocked for the shift
Maintain all necessary parts
Follow prep sheets, fire sheets, and station sheets
Prep and execution of food items.
Abide by and uphold company policies, standards, and state sanitation/health regulations.
Ensure and maintain safe and secure working conditions/environment, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen facilities and equipment.

Hourly: $18/hr - $24/hr depending on experience.
