Responsibilities for Cook

Prepare all food items and recipes according to Chef Standards.

Inspect food products and supplies daily in accordance to safety and health regulations.

Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized according to all health and safety standards.

Control and minimize waste

Comply with all outlined safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications for Cook

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Food Handlers Certificate preferred

2-3 years food service or restaurant experience required

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lb

Familiarity with general kitchen equipment and appliances. THIS POSITION IS ON THE BOOKS.
