We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and plating high-quality dishes in accordance with our recipes and presentation standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and specifications.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely manner to meet quality standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist with inventory management and inform management of low stock or equipment issues.
Take part in menu development and specials creation, if applicable.
