Pappardella is looking for a line Cook for the sauté grill station. We are an established Italian restaurant on the UWS, serving Italian classics and brunch since 1983.
this position is a full time position (lunch and dinner, 5 days). We have 3 stations, pasta, sauté and pizza. the candidate should have well rounded experience, since at times you have to work in different stations on the line.
Qualifications:
-Experience working with italian food in a new york restaurant
-open to work different stations
-punctual and responsible
-calm and professional attitude when the kitchen gets hot
-Good team worker
