I’m a bar owner looking to stage or train with someone who is experienced in the New York pizza world and can walk me through start to finish execution. I would need someone to have access to a workspace/kitchen and or commercial pizza oven. Ideally looking for someone who has worked at or is familiar with places like Leo, Ops, industry, Roberta’s etc. I’m thinking about opening a little counter in Massachusetts so no conflict of interest here in the city.
