Looking for experienced and mature additions for our new restaurant, the following qualifications apply:
SERVER POSITION
Minimum 2-3 years of NYC experience
Willing to learn
Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Keep a clean and stocked station and clean tables as necessary
Clean glasses, bar utensils and bar area as necessary
Open/available work schedule
Committed/hardworking
Takes directions well and executes orders
Punctual with a team player, mature attitude
Be flexible
Positive, upbeat can-do attitude
Maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment
MANAGER POSITION
- Count drawers
- Encourage employees to maintain restaurant standards
- Ensure employees check in and out of the days' work accordingly
- Engage with and assisting guests
- Ensure our service standards are always being held up no matter the volume
- Communicate questions and concerns throughout the day
- Report any issues within the workplace
You will also be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service and working with our catering/large party events. Attention to detail, competent, good written and oral communication and organization are key elements to this position. We offer competitive pay in a highly team-oriented environment.
COOK POSITION
- Must have two (2) years of relevant experience in New York City
- Maintains a clean and organized station
- Be punctual
- Full-time position only
