We are a Vietnamese American restaurant coffee shop located at the border of Bushwick Brooklyn and Ridgewood Queens in front of a music venue called Trans Pecos.
We are looking for line cooks who
-loves to cook
-loves their vegetables
-doesn't mind doing dishes and is a clean worker
-punctual and reliable
-positive and focused
-has at least 2 years experience but can train for the right person
-is hard working and keeps a cool head when busy
-is a team player and works well with others
-is able to work weekends
-able to lift at least 40 lbs
-is a self starter and stays busy
-has a strong sense of prioritizing duties
-is respectful of others
-is comfortable with electric kitchen
Food Handlers a huge plus but we are willing to pay for your certification. Also a huge plus if you understand and speak Vietnamese. Pay is $15hr-$23hr plus tips and ranges depending on experience. There is definitely room to grow for the right person.
