Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager/Bartender to oversee our bar operations. Managing 3 days, bartending 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership skills to manage a dynamic team.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Train and develop bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the kitchen team for seamless food and beverage service
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar or restaurant management
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
- Must have DOH card
