Responsibilities include FOH operations, BOH support, organizational coordination, guest experience, recruiting/hiring/training, scheduling & planning, HR & compliance, payroll, financial oversight & budgeting, inventory management, POS and other systems, regulatory compliance, public relations, vendor management, and more.
Selected applicants will have verifiable, extensive experience in the responsibilities described above; management and floor experience working in high-end, fine dining restaurants; extremely strong verbal and written communication skills; strong Excel skills; knowledge of related financial and accounting practice, principles and policies; and strong leadership skills.
